Project coordination includes contacting contractors, acquiring quotes/bid, organizing and scheduling work and optimal work flow, order and deliver plants. Communicating between client and contractors about progress, payments, and changes. Regular site visits to oversee work for quality assurance and accurate application of landscape design (NOT as a construction supervisor or general contractor). My goal is to ensure the timely completion of your project, that the quality of the work meets or exceeds industry and client expectations, and that the client understands the maintenance requirements of their new space. *Quotes for Project coordination service available after completion of final design.
